Transporting the soul
1. When we start walking in mindfulness, our heel touches ground first, and we are aware of embracing the whole foot. When we lift up our feet we realize clearly that we are lifting up our foot. When we place our feet down, we realize very clearly that we are placing it down.
2. When we walk, we are fully aware of every step we lift up or place down, and we only focus our mind on this, and only on this.
3. We put the thumb of our left and right hands into the palm of the hands and the remaining four fingers fold up around the thumbs,
